Sri Lanka's tsunami tragedy : 

Need to appoint a Presidential Commission of Inquiry

Text of a letter written to the President by Wijayadasa Rajapakse, President's Counsel and Member of Parliament.

The catastrophe occurred on December 26, 2004, is the biggest natural devastation within the living memory of the world population. Killing of people and destructions of properties are unimaginable and immeasurable. Although it was a natural disaster, modern advance technology was capable of monitoring the earthquake took place near Sumatra Island and to accurately measure the magnitude level of it. Geophysicists had realized the type of tidal waves to be emerged and countries to be affected by the tsunami.
