The counsellor's role in times of crisis and tragedy

A front-page report in two national dailies on January 11 said that "Members of the Task Force for Rescue and Relief (TAFRER) and experts of the field of mental health and trauma counselling briefed the President about the need of a special campaign to treat the traumatised survivors of the December 26th disaster". The paragraph was headed "Wanted professional trauma counsellors - CBK."
