Expanding the Ministry of Health's successful approach to the tsunami

The Ministry of Health was responsible to perform the Herculean task of keeping the people affected by the tsunami protected from ill health. Recent reports after one month indicated that there were only minimal incidents of post-tsunami outbreaks of disease.
