Bill to tackle post tsunami scenario by Bharatha Malawaraarachchi The Government will bring in a Tsunami Disaster Bill seeking to deal
with certain developments that have cropped up in the post tsunami
scenario. The Bill will deal with issuance of death certificates, adoption
