UN: Rebuilding tsunami- hit areas to cost $10 - 12bln

LONDON, Wednesday (AFP) - Rebuilding the areas devastated by last year's Asian tsunami will cost some 10-to-12 billion dollars or up to 10 times the amount spent on emergency aid, a top UN official said Tuesday.
