Kashmiris joyful over Indo-Pak bus accord

MUZAFFARABAD/ SRINAGAR, Thursday (Reuters) Kashmiris on both sides of a ceasefire line were ecstatic after arch-rivals Pakistan and India finally agreed to start a bus service between the divided Himalayan territory.
