Japanese minister may visit China in April

TOKYO, Tuesday (Reuters) Japanese Foreign Minister Nobutaka Machimura may visit Beijing next month to try to improve relations strained by territorial disputes and bitter memories of Japan's military occupation of China, a Japanese daily reported.
