A Requiem Mass will be sung at the Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Polwatte at 3 p.m. on Monday 4th and cremation thereafter at the General Cemetery, Kanatte at 5 p.m. - 10, Old Quarry Road, Mount Lavinia.

The remains will be handed over to Ayurveda Medical Institute, Castle Street, Rajagiriya.
