Singapore investor delegation to visit Lanka

A team of Singaporean investors and members of the Singapore Association for Small and Medium Enterprise would be visiting Sri Lanka next month to explore the possibility of investing in Sri Lanka. According to Minister of Advanced Technology and Enterprise Development Rohitha Bogollagama who was in Singapore last week the Singaporeans are keen on power generation, tourism, advanced technology and the SME sectors.

Retailer back, penny stocks on the run

INDICES saw sizeable gains this week, with interest on ASCOT shares and selected blue chips driving the market. The ASPI (All Share Price Index) soared to a new peak of 1829.6 points this week, showing an increase of 27.5 points or up by 1.53% compared to last weeks closing levels.
