'No high security zone in upper Kotmale'

SPECULATION that a High Security Zone (HSZ) is to be in place in Talawakelle on account of the Upper Kotmale Hydro Power Project (UKHP) was scotched by Ceylon Workers' Congress (CWC) stalwart and Minister of Estate Infrastructure, Housing and Community Development, Muthu Sivalingam.
