Bomb suspected in Indian train blast as death
toll rises to 12
THE death toll in an explosion on a long
distance passenger train in northern India has risen to 12 with
authorities suspecting the blast was caused by a bomb, reports said
Friday. The explosion ripped through the compartment of the
Shramjeevi Express near Jaunpur, 190 Km, east of Lucknow in Uttar
Pradesh state on Thursday.
