UN warns Eritrea, Ethiopia not to restart war
 

UNITED NATIONS, Wednesday (Reuters) The U.N. Security Council has warned Ethiopia and Eritrea not to restart a border war and demanded Eritrea reverse its decision to ban U.N. helicopters conducting reconnaissance flights over its territory.
