NAITA gets new Chairman

President Mahinda Rajapakse has appointed Amal Senalankadhikara as the new Chairman of the National Apprenticeship Institute of Technical Training Authority (NAITA). He assumed duties with the blessings of the Maha Sangha at the NAITA office, Rajagiriya on Wednesday morning.

Senalankadhikara represented the Maharagama seat under the PA Government. He is also an Entrepreneur and a Social Worker.


All night Pirith

The all night Pirith ceremony of the all Ceylon Women's Buddhist Congress will be held on January 1, 2006 at 9.00 p.m. at, its Headquarters.
