Sameeka Kariyawasam to Edinborough University

MISS. SAMEEKA Kariyawasam has been selected to study Medicine at the prestigious University of Edinborough of Great Britain, this year.

Sameeka was given an unconditional offer by the University. Medical places at Edinborough University are highly competitive and southafter. However she was able to enter due to her outstanding G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) results which were 8As and 5As respectively.

Sameeka is the daughter of Sri Haran Kariyawasam and the grand daughter of the late U.G.P. Kariyawasam and Dr. (Mrs.) Tilokasundari Kariyawasam.
