New General Manager at Overseas Reality

APPOINTMENT: Robert P Dover has been appointed as General Manager of Overseas Reality (Ceylon) Limited (ORCL) which is the owner, developer and manger of the world trade center, Colombo in which Shing Kwan Group of Singapore has a major shareholding.

A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Scottish born Dover comes to ORCL with significant property development and management experience of over 30 years in the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.

Dover's appointment is well timed as the Company, having recently completed a major financial restructuring exercise, is well poised to aggressively embark on new and challenging property development projects in Sri Lanka.

With wide ranging skills and experience at the international level, Dover will make a valuable contribution to the Company to reconfirm its position as the premier property developer in the country.
