Britain reiterates support to Govt's peace effort
Britain yesterday reiterated its support to the
Sri Lankan Government in its peace effort whilst welcoming the
Geneva round of talks.

Pakistani Navy vessel here soon
The Pakistan Navy ship (PNS) Shahjahan will visit
Sri Lanka shortly, officials said yesterday. The ship equipped with
latest stat-of-the-art weapons and sensors has a crew of over 300,
including 14 officers, said the High Commission Defence Advisor Col.
