LOAN AGREEMENT

The US $ 450 million loan agreement for the construction of the 300-megawatt Norochcholai coal power plant was signed yesterday between the Chinese and the Sri Lankan Governments. State Councillor of the People’s Republic of China, Tang Jaixuan and President Mahinda Rajapakse after the agreement signing ceremony.
