Marks & Spencer to set up regional consolidation centre in Sri Lanka

INVESTMENT: Representatives from Marks & Spencer Outlet Stores a Division of Marks & Spencer (M&S) had discussions with the BOI on setting up a Regional Consolidation Centre for the Outlet Store division in Sri Lanka.

This centre will provide warehouse facilities as well as function as a processing plant. The centre is the first of its kind in the industry and M&S is confident that it will indeed add value to its global supply chain.

Marks & Spencer Outlet stores is a new range of retail stores under M&S Group and this division has seen a rapid growth during the last few years.
