Borella Ayurveda Hospital development project begins
COLOMBO: A project to develop the Borella Ayurveda Hospital as a
fully fledged Teaching Hospital will be launched on May 31 with the
laying of the foundation stone for a new OPD building by Indigenous
Medicine Minister Tissa Karaliyadda.
The entire project estimated to cost Rs. 1,204 million will include
the construction of a new administration block, Ward Complex, a water
supply and sewage network, internal roadways, landscaping, a kitchen,
laundry and staff quarters. It will be completed in three stages, a
Indigenous Medicine Ministry release said. |
