Boost for CR and FC

RUGBY: The handing over of the sponsorship cheque for CR and FC was held at the CR and FC auditorium at a simple ceremony on 19th May at 6.30 p.m.

The CEO of Softlogic Ranjan Perera said Softlogic is pleased to be the main sponsor of CR and FC, one of the oldest Rugby football clubs.

This is not the first time that we have participated in such efforts. The hosting of the Nokia Golf Tourney and the sponsoring of the Sri Lanka National Cricket team from 2005 are some of our initiatives in developing sport in the country.

As such, sponsorship of Rugby by Softlogic would be rewarding not only for the positive marketing benefits it provides but also as a statement that our company cares about the sport, the opportunities it provides for youth and for the betterment of the community at large.

CR and FC has been a club which has provided a great service to our nation.

We see lots of similarities between the CR and FC team and the way we manage our organization.

The sense of determination. planning, discipline, team spirit and the passion to be the best are similar values the company upholds.

Such values we are certain will only get CR and FC to be No. 1. We wish them luck.
