Cricket: Kegalle Balika Vidyalaya beat St. Joseph's Balika Vidyalaya by 31 runs in their seventh Cricket encounter played at the Kegalle Esplanade recently.

As Kegalle Balika has won the Big Matches continuously for thrice the Trophy presented by the St. Joseph's Principal, Mrs. B.M.C. Attapattu, was presented outright to the Kegalle Balika Vidyalaya by the Director of Education, Kegalle, R. Abeyasinghe.
