fear of the law and are intimidating people to part with funds. The

Rs. 100,000 compensation for civilian victims
The Government has taken a decision to pay Rs.
100,000 as compensation for each civilian who died in the fighting
in North and Eastern Provinces, Rehabilitation and Resettlement
