Unanimous Cabinet approval to memorandum by
President:
The Cabinet last night unanimously approved the
Cabinet paper submitted by President Mahinda Rajapaksa requesting all
Ministers to draw the same salaries given to Members of Parliament.
The Government of Sri Lanka has confirmed that it is
agreeable to meet with the LTTE for talks on October 28 and 29 in
Switzerland, states a SCOPP press release.
