Development Budget on November 14
PRESIDENT Mahinda Rajapaksa will present the Second
Budget of his Government for the Year 2007 as its Finance Minister on
November 14, which lays emphasis on accelerated development of
infrastructure, human resource development and expansion of regional
development while also ensuring measures towards generating fiscal
