N.Korea won't stage second nuke test unless provoked
North Korea has promised not to stage a second
nuclear test unless it is "harassed" by the United States, South
Korea's Yonhap news agency reported Sunday.
A remote-controlled bomb killed a soldier and
wounded 11 people in Thailand's Muslim south on Sunday, police said,
the latest attack in a separatist insurgency which has killed more
than 1,700 since early 2004.
