Navy foils LTTE attack on ship with essential foods
A ship "City of Liverpool" chartered for the
supply of essential food items to the civilians of Jaffna came under
LTTE attack around 3.50 pm at the South East of Point Pedro,
yesterday while it was moving towards Kankasanthurai after unloading
the food.
