Interpol issues warrant on Sea Tiger leader Soosai
The Interpol Headquarters in France has issued a
Worldwide Arrest Warrant on LTTE Sea Tiger leader Thillayampalam
Sivanesan better known as Soosai identifying him as a fugitive
wanted for prosecution consequent to the facts forwarded by the CID
to Court.
