CSCL Felixstow makes maiden call at JCT
MAIDEN CALL: "CSCL Felixstowe" (4250 teu capacity) operated by
China Shipping Container Lines made its maiden call at the Port of
Colombo on January 31 on its voyage to the US West Coast on the AMX2
service.
Vessels on AMX2 service route connects Colombo to the US West Coast.

in the world. Their container fleet has more than 130 container ships
with an aggregated capacity over 350 thousand TEU ranking among the top
five of the world's container lines, operating more than 60 liner routs
covering all the major world and domestic ports with more than 6 million
TEUs yearly shipped.
CSCL has many new buildings on order and quite a few of them being
delivered in 2007.
These mega ships have a capacity close to 10,000 TEUs.
