Tiger bus bomb kills 16, six aid workers gunned down

The LTTE, displayed their total desperation in the face of their continuous defeats in the Eastern theatre by exploding a bomb inside a civilian bus killing 16 people in Kondawattuwan in Ampara and gunning down another six Sinhalese aid workers in Mailambaveli in Batticaloa.

Fake passports LTTE's latest scam

Three Sri Lankans getting ready to travel with fake Australian passports supplied by a racket allegedly organised by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam were arrested by the Immigration office in Pattaya, Thailand. Earlier investigations revealed that the LTTE had entered into the production of fake passports and stolen blank passports from various Government offices in different capitals.
