AGREEMENT: Suntel signed an agreement with ABC Insurance to provide them with an E-1 solution connecting their head office with 13 branches islandwide.

The solution was designed specifically to meet the customer’s requirements to maximize resource utilisation and increase productivity. Its tailor-made features will make operations more convenient and cost effective, whilst providing reliable connectivity and improved efficiency.

This state-of-the-art telecommunication solution given to ABC Insurance is built with expandable capacity and is geared to meet the company’s future requirements more effectively. Plans are underway to provide a similar solution to 18 other branches of the company which would be established in the near future.

Further strengthening its business ties with ABC Insurance, Suntel plans to provide them with an IPVPN solution enabling data connectivity as a gesture of the company’s unstinted & unwavering commitment to service enhancement.
