SLFP revised devolution proposals finalised
SLFP proposals to be tabled at the upcoming All
Party Conference is now being finalised by the party’s Central
Committee after the initial document of 20 pages has been whittled
down to 12 pages on President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s instructions.
