A Buddhist monk prepares seats for other monks before the
opening ceremony of the Tianning pagoda at the Tianning
temple in Changzhou, China’s eastern province of Jiangsu,
April 30, 2007. Local officials say that the pagoda, which
is 13 storeys, or 153.79 m (504.56 ft) high, is the tallest
in the world.
