He added that the entire township is promoted in this housing project which is a salient feature. "We are not concentrating only on building houses but also promoting the life styles. The landscape, parks, gymnasia, swimming pools, mini super markets, medical centres and transportation will be included in the housing project.

Millenium Villas are resort type bungalows and is constructed with luxurious finishes," he explained. "Telecommunication, electricity and water will be provided. Storm water drainage systems are already in place. We also arrange housing loans for customers to pay in installments.

All the houses are compiled with high quality standard and we provide a ten year warranty for the structure. Buyers can invest without fear. Once the Colombo Katunayake highway is completed it will add more value to the township project," Ranaweera said.

He added that more than 400 units are already sold at Ja-ela Millenium City and around hundred families have settled. "Around 1500 houses have been completed and handed over under the Athurugiriya housing project, from the total of 1700 houses.
