CIMA Business Leaders' Summit 2007 on employee engagement

PRESENTATION: An organisation's capacity to manage employee engagement is closely related to its ability to achieve high performance levels and superior business results. At the Business Leaders' Summit 2007 Professor Anand Ram will explain why employee engagement is seen as being so crucial to success in today's business community.

There have been many studies highlighting the strong correlation between high levels of employee engagement and business success. During his paper Professor Ram will direct delegates through the crucial factors of engagement, identification of problem areas and action towards improvement.
