War or peace, LTTE must decide - President
President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared yesterday
that it was now up to the LTTE to decide between war and peace. “War
or peace, we are ready. It is in their hands. It is now up to the

Draft bill to amend election laws
The Parliamentary Select Committee on Electoral
Reforms met at the Parliamentary Complex under the patronage of its
Chairman Minister Dinesh Gunawardena yesterday and decided to
formulate and submit a draft bill to amend the election laws within
