Government Defence Affairs Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella justified the action taken by the Air Force in taking the life of Tiger political wing leader S.P. Thamilselvan saying that he had an inclination towards terrorism, not peace negotiations.

Large part of tsunami funds misappropriated by LTTE

LTTE attack repulsed

The LTTE launched an attack on the Nagarkovil Forward Defence Line and in the ensuing clash with the Security Forces in the wee hours of yesterday in Jaffna, four LTTE cadres were killed and several others injured, Military spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara said.
