Visakha and St. John's carrom champions

Visakha Girls High School Badulla and St. John's College Nugegoda won the all-Island inter-schools Girls and Boys Carrom Championships respectively conducted at Badulla Visakha Girls High School hall over the weekend.

This tournament was organised by the Sri Lanka Schools Carrom Federation where high standard of Carrom was witnessed by a large gathering.

Visakha G. H. S. Badulla secured 234 points while Anula MV Nugegoda secured second place with 157 points. In the Boys events.

John's Nugegoda secured 230 points followed by Royal College with 171 points.
