An Appeal

Ranga needs your help

Ranga Buddhika Kankanamge (24) an employee of the Sri Lanka Buddhist and Pali University is suffering from acute renal failure. Consultant Physician and Nephologist Prof. Rezvi Sheriff has recommended an urgent kidney transplant to save his life.

The surgery to be done in mid December is estimated to cost Rs. 2 million. The Sri Lanka Buddhist and Pali University Employees' Welfare Association says Buddhika and his family are not in a position to raise this money due to their present financial plight.

The Association request donors and the public wishing to assist Buddhika's cause to send in their contributions to account number 8180002399 at the Commercial Bank, Maharagama branch or directly to the Association.
