National Integrity Award

The Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) will commemorate the UN World Anti Corruption Day on December 09.

TISL will host two events, a programme with a special focus on children from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the BMICH, Committee Room ‘A’ with the objective of sensitising adults as well as children - the future adults - on issues relating to corruption and learn from them how they could preserve their own identity as ‘honourable Sri Lankan citizens’ with integrity which can influence adults in the country.

The programme will be facilitated by Dr. Charika Marasinghe, Director, Child Rights International.

The premier event, the National Integrity Awards 2007 will be held from 4.30 p.m to 6.45 p.m. at the BMICH Committee Room ‘B’.
