Interim Com. for wrestling
The Minister of Sports has appointed the following members for the
Interim Committee of Wrestling Federation. K.A.J. Keenavinna (Retired
Deputy Inspector General of Police) will be the Head of the Committee.
Other members of the Committee are Capt. J.R. Mendis (Secretary), J.S.W.
Samarasekera (Treasurer), Members - H.M. Lakshman, L. Sooriyarachchi.
Shooting Interim Com. resigns
The Interim Committee for Shooting Association appointed by the
Minister of Sports recently have tendered their resignations papers.
The Interim Committee was headed by NOC Chairman Hemasiri Fernando
and comprised of six other members. |
