First innings win

St. Sebastians college, Moratuwa gained a first innings win over St. Anthony's College, Kandy in their rain hit darwn inter schools division one Cricket Tournament match played at Moratuwa for the Lemonade Trophy. Rain stopped play on day one at 3 p.m. Sebs taking first lease piled up 284 for 5 and declared. L. Palihakkara bagged 4 for 63 for the visitors.

Resuming at 10 for 2 on day two Anthonians were all out for 205 runs with S. Subramanium top scoring will 62. Janitha Jayawardene was the most successful blower for homesters with 4 for 48.

St. Sebastians - 284/5 dec - (Sanjaya Fernando 94, Rajitha Mendis 43, Vidusava Perera 47, Trevin Fernando 31, Ishara Fernando 25, Aeyshan Perera, 28 N/o, L. Palihakkara 4/63) and 215/5 - (Trevin Fernando 127).
