Informatics to rebrand marking 25 years

Informatics will change its logo and vision to mark the 25th
anniversary falling on May 31. Informatics (Pvt) Ltd, the parent company
of Informatics Group is one of the biggest IT companies in Sri Lanka.

“The company’s record of success in the IT industry in Sri Lanka is
overwhelming and Informatics have provided quality solutions that have
far exceeded customer expectations over the years,” Informatics Sales
Director, Priyanga Gunasekara said.
He added that the software industry is a target sector in Sri Lanka.
“We have built our own product and package in Sri Lanka and taken it to
international market,” Gunasekara said.
Informatics have also covered several market segments such as banking
and finance, e-governance solutions, hotel, retail, customer care and
billing, insurance, trade, education and more. Informatics has achieved
success in the implementation of e-government solutions in Sri Lanka.
“Informatics has also diversified and now it has several companies
engaged in varied fields of information technology, education and
agriculture” Informatics Managing Director, Gamini Wickramasinghe said.
Informatics is the first and only institution to offer scholarships
to deserving students from outstation students to follow undergraduate
courses. More than 400 students have benefited. It has also lined up
several events such as, education seminars, sports activities, IT
seminars and employee recognition to celebrate the anniversary. |
