Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR)
during the week
ended 17th April, 2008 by all commercial banks were 20.72 percent
and 18.00 per cent respectively.
The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of the Commercial banks for the
month of March, 2008 was 10.47 percent.
