Plea for help

Corporal S. A. Kusum Subasinghe of the Sri Lanka Army is a health nurse at the Military Hospital. She is a mother of three and her eldest son D.Y. Akalanka Pieris, 22, is deaf and dumb by birth. Dr. Devananda Jha at the Apollo Hospital has recommended to do a Cochlear implant which will cost between Rs. 18 lakhs to 20 lakhs.
