Agreement: A mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) has been signed recently between the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) in UK to foster greater understanding between the Building Services Engineers of both countries and achieve several other objectives for the development of the engineering profession. The MRA was signed by the President IESL, Engineer Ranjith Gunawardana and President (IBSE) Professor John Swaffield and the Immediate Past President of the (IBSE) David Hughe.
