Upananda Jayasundera Kandy Sports Special Corr.

Kasun Jayasinghe of Trinity College, Kandy is an up and coming Hockey player who has a bright future ahead of him. He is the only player from Kandy to represent Sri Lanka schools at the Jawaharlal Nehru Hockey tournament held in India early this month.

Kasun also toured Sri Lanka schools under 18 Hockey Tour of Bangladesh last year. He is the son of Kelum Shanthisiri (Head of Sports Dept. Kandy Municipal Council).
