Lanka sparkles at Malaysia Jewelex Show
A record number of exhibitors and visitors at the Malaysia
International Jewelex - 2008 (MJF 2008) held from November 21 to 24, at
the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), propelled the event to
unprecedented success.
Both exhibitors and buyers reported an increase in business
transactions during the four day show.
The 2009 edition was the largest in the show's 14 year history and
set records in terms of visitors and exhibitors.
It will play host to more than 250 prominent jewellers from over 20
different countries and regions which attracts more than 12,000 buyers
from all over the world, including royalties and socialites to further
reinforce its position as the leading jewellery exhibition representing
the broadest range of product categories, the utmost convenience and
superior amenities.
Malaysia is the hub of the Far East with Chinese, Malay and Indian
Communities living there among whom both White Gold and Yellow Gold
Jewellery is very popular. |
