Malinga Pushpakumara bowls Saracens to victory

Left arm spinner Malinga Pushpakumara took a match bag of eleven
wickets for 123 runs to help Saracens SC beat Lankan CC outright by five
wickets in their rain hit SLC Premier League Tier B tournament match
concluded at Reid Avenue yesterday.
Lankan CC trailing by 97 runs on the first innings were dismissed for
216 in their second innings with Malinga Pushpakumara and Prabath
Priyankara causing most of the damage.
Lankan CC: 204 and 216 (T. Rajaratna 34, D. de Saram 32, H.
Tillekeratne 50, M. Pushpakumara 6 for 65, P. Priyankara 4 for 45).
Saracens SC: 301 and 119 for 5 (P. Silva 50, C. Silva 24 n.o, C.

Police in five wicket win
Sri Lanka Police Sports Club overcame the present bad weather
conditions to beat Singha Sports Club Ambalangoda outright by five
wickets in their rain hit SLC Premier League Tier B tournament match
concluded at the Police Park yesterday.
Middle order batsman Supun Nirmala scored a splendid 116 in Police
SC's first innings total of 248 and successfully dismissed their
opponents for 140 and 155 in their two innings respectively.
Singha SC: 140 and 155.

Premier League Tier A tournament match concluded at Panagoda yesterday.
