Loans at concessionary interest rates for IDPs

Loans will be offered at special concessionary interest rates for IDPs once they return to their villages. This special loan scheme will provide for sectors such as agriculture, fisheries and self-employment,” said Chairman, Bank of Ceylon, Gamini Wickramasinghe.
