Rafi helps Zahira win

Imraz Rafi (50 and two for 23) along with M.I. Mohammed (4 for 20) guided Zahira College to a 20 run victory over Royal college in their under 17 division I cricket match played yesterday.

The under 19 Sri Lanka cap Imraz was the most successful batsman for the winners while Mohammed Rilwan with 21 runs gave a good hand for Zahirians.

In reply, Royal were bowled out for 123 with Tharindu Abeysekera top scoring 32 not out. M.I. Mohammed was responsible in capturing four Royal wickets for 20. Imraz Rafi took 2 for 23

Zahira 143 for 8 (Imraz Rafi 50, Mohamed Rilwan 21, Lakshan Randewala 1 for 19, Supun Subhasinghe 1 for 21)

Royal 123 (Tharindu Abeysekera 32 n.o., Lakshan Randewala 15, M.I. Mohammed 4 for 20, Imraz Rafi 2 for 23).
